Mamkhulu.org is a volunteer run charity, founded by a group of dedicated professional women from around the world, looking to assist the growing number of orphans, vulnerable children and the women who look after them in southern Africa.
Mamkhulu.org was created to assist children with basic needs on an on-going basis and to provide counseling, access to health care facilities through advocacy and transport, as well as life skills training, assistance with homework, English classes, teenage pregnancy counseling, grief counseling and skills training for employment.

(NOTE: Mamkhulu.org is very aware of the confidentiality and privacy of these children and all interviews and postings are done with those issues in mind. None of the true names and identities of the children are posted on the internet but confidential files are kept in order to make sure the children receive the donations. Mamkhulu.org is aware of the problems of child trafficking and other illegal activities involving children and all precautions are being taken to protect the children involved in this programme.)
